Debt Deals: Too Little, Possibly Too Late

Debt Deal: Too Little

There is one big thing missing from all of this debt deal talk, and as expected, since most of our politicians are a spine lacking lot, yes even some of the ones who attempt to join in with the Tea Party, I’ll bet you won’t hear this from anyone.

All of these plans, and I mean all of them, at least all of the ones put forward by the dolts in DC, are much too little. Look people, the numbers don’t lie: we are in debt to the tune of $14 trillion dollars, and the best these people have put forward is a budget which cuts not even 2 billion over 10 years? It’s just crazy that no one, save for the sane Tea Partiers and Libertarians, is calling foul. It’s just NOT ENOUGH!

We desperately need cuts of up to 7-8 Trillion or more, and we need it over the next few years. The deal that will probably be cut is like putting a tiny bandage over a large wound: it won’t stop the bleeding.

This government needs major surgery, but no one seems to be willing to do it. At least no elected official…
