2018 Republican agenda not what lawmakers envisioned

The 2018 Republican legislative agenda is on a diet. As House and Senate GOP lawmakers huddled at a West Virginia resort Wednesday through Friday for their annual retreat, they discussed a handful of legislative items they would like to tackle this year, including defense, infrastructure, workforce development and the budget process.

Busting myths to get your 2018 started right

If we are to ever unbind ourselves from the chains of conventional wisdom, we must first come to understand that we are constantly under assault from government propaganda and government propagandists. Our indoctrination begins at an early age and reaches its peak as we glide through the government indoctrination camps deceptively called public education.

Bannon’s warning to conservatives: Fight the elites, or they’ll kill conservatism

The party elite once embraced conservatives into its ranks both as voters and candidates, even if they (the elites) had no interest in governing as conservatives.  In doing so they led astray great numbers of middle class Americans, especially Christians, patriots and other good folks.

Useless

The Republicans said they needed control of the House of Representatives to stop the Obama Regime’s assaults on liberty. So we gave it to them. They said they needed the Senate to really make it work; so we gave them that, too. We even threw in the White House, just to make sure all the bases were covered. Now, here we are. As of this week, Obamacare remains in effect.

The GOP: Winning like losers

The campaign to buy Hillary the White House cost the Democrat Party $1.2 billion. If the deal reached Sunday night under cover of darkness is anything to go by – and it very much is – the Dems needn’t have raised a dime. What the Republican-controlled Congress came up with looks remarkably similar to the budget the Democrats would have excreted, had Hillary managed to stumble across the finish line first.
