House Select Committee on China Issues 1st Subpoena: Investigating Chinese-Owned Laboratory in Reedley, CA

Last week, the House Select Committee on China took a significant step by issuing its inaugural subpoena. The city of Reedley, Calif. received a subpoena requesting the submission of documents and records pertaining to Prestige Biotech and Universal Meditech Inc., a Chinese-owned laboratory located within the city.
